The more detail you send, the more likely the answer is useful. For a conversion problem, these are the details that matter most:
- Which browser and operating system you were using.
- The file's sample rate and bit depth, if you know them — most failures come from unusual FLAC variants.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
Before you write
- Check the about page first — it explains what the tool does and does not support.
- This is a free tool run by one person, so replies may take a day or two.
- Never attach an audio file. Nothing sent by email is needed to diagnose a problem, and the whole point of this site is that files stay on your device.
